I prefer to add them all in the same post because they are meant to work together.
You could use 1/8" jack & plugs.
You can find all info and his great (and cheap!) PCBs on his website here.
The TapLFO is available from SmallBear here.
Here's a collection of vero (stripboard) and tagboard guitar and bass effect layouts that we have put together covering many classic and popular effects in growing numbers. Many of these have been posted on freestompboxes.org, so check that site out for great discussions on building your own effect pedals. Enjoy the builds and please also visit us on Facebook and Twitter
Nice one Alex! Definitely on the build list. I have left a post in Friends Market if anybody in the UK/EU wants some TapLFO chips as i have some excess.
ReplyDeleteI've forgotten! Got one from you a while back (still didn't find the time to use it)! These look like great projects.
Delete(On another subject: did you check my Triumvirate post about the 10uF cap?)
Yes, just responded to that. Thanks for that.
DeleteBuilt the Tapanatorator and the Trem so far and must say that it sounds awesome. Have built the boards for the Wah & Phaser but need to wire them up. For LDRs i used GL5528s for the tremelo and they sound great, dead cheap as well from Evilbay. Verify the others tomorrow. Cheers Alex.
ReplyDeleteWah and Phaser verified also! Great project this. Might still get the PCBs from Madbean and fit all three into a reasonable sized enclosure. Again used GL5528s for LDRs and they sound really good.
DeleteThanks Gavin!

ReplyDeleteI've got the tapanatorator, the tremolo and the wah running(and they are sweet!!), but still having a little trouble with the phaser.
ReplyDeleteAwesome work btw Alex :)
ReplyDeleteThe tap out, can it be used for CV in for pedals with a cv input?
ReplyDeleteLets say I just want one external output, can I eliminate the bottom three rows?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have a demo where only the wah is heard?
