Here is a serie of tube effect pedals by the German Tube-Town which were requested a while back.
There aren't videos available but you can find all infos, schematics and pcbs on their website here.
(The Pepper Shredder has been discontinued but it's supposed to be a tube distortion based on the Twin Valvecaster)
Well cool, I have a few 9 pin sockets and a few 12V regulators.. I've been wanting to try a dual tube pedal.. looks very interesting
ReplyDeleteWow Alex! God knows why you do it, but many thanks that you do! Very cool.
ReplyDeleteWill
Many many thanks Alex !
ReplyDeleteAre there any mounting precautions with the temperature of 7812 regulator ?
Fabrice
Machines generally tend to pressure you into unnatural patterns which might be prone to accidents, whereas loose weights promote natural motions. http://musclegainfast.com/ef13-muscle-supplement/
ReplyDeleteAs always great layouts Alex!! Banana booster is verified. little noise but likely due to non regulated power and long exposed wires on the bench. Sounds good with tons of volume. Will try to get into the other ones soon!
ReplyDeleteThanks again!! Have a great day.
Thanks mate!
DeleteI think a good power supply is very important here.
Absolutely agree. I also put the pepper shredder together and it works. Not real fond of the drive tones (slightly fizzy) and the output is just above unity. All controls work. May go for the vanilla.
DeleteAlso if building def use a heat sink on the 7812...pepper shredder 7812 gets nice and toasty.
Thanks again to everyone here!
Thanks for verifying another one!
DeleteWhat about miss Emma? Y La Nina?
ReplyDeleteWhat are miss Emma and Y La Nina?
DeleteThe only Emma I've found works at 250V.
Would not build it on vero.
That's what I wondering about was the amp. I thought it sounded pretty good, but probably something best done on some turrets
DeleteWhat is that CLR on left of the top row for the Banan booster? Is it the 4k7 led resistor?
ReplyDeleteCLR stands for current limiting resistor. this is the resistor for your status LED, it should be whatever value you like, 4.7k is fine.
Deletethx Zach! :)
