  1. Currently doing the box of hall for a first reverb. This seems like and advanced version of it. Might try it in the future.

    1. This layout has been worked from the Box of Hall that CultureJam designed and we worked together to create this one.

  2. Nice! I've got some bricks coming in the mail, so I've been on the lookout for some tasty 'verbing.

  3. Thanks for this one Mark! This is a really great circuit for the bricks. Hands down my favorite of all the ones I have tried.

  4. This one is not working. I'm looking over the schematic now.

  5. From what I can tell there are a few problems that probably won't be easy to fix on this layout. Pin 12 does not connect directly to VB as you have it, it only connects R8 (10K) and R9 (33K). I can also see that the 1u Cap goes from Out to Pin 14 and you have it going to pin 8. I'd say this needs a redraw based on those two things.

    1. I changed the IC channels used to make it flow more easily for a vero layout. This version of the scheme shows the connections changes for the IC

    2. Incidentally I changed the layout around slightly to free up the VB row on the right so I can make all the Verb connections on the same side, so the one shown now may be slightly different to the one you built. But the connections remain the same, it wasn't changed because I spotted an error or anything like that.

    3. Hi Ivlark, reading the schematic you've posted, I've noticed that the 100uF cap (C10) that should be connected between Pin3 (IC1A) and GND, it's actually connected to Pin1 (VB) and GND. Is it right? There is an error or a modification you've made? Thank you for your work... this things sounds wonderful!

  6. Any way to adjust the modulation on this?

    1. Modulation is inherent to the Belton reverb module.

  7. Here is my demo of the Tenebrion/DeProfundis/Modulation daughter board. I tried to edit out me talking in it so it comes out a bit choppy.

  8. Does anyone know if this one work with bass as well?

    1. Increase the input cap to 220nf and you should have it sorted, might worth to socket the tone cap aswell so it works better with bass frequencies.

    1. A few people have built this successfully mate, but it's always worth a double check so you can verify the verifiers :o)

  10. I'm about to begin this... But I now am thinking back on my belton projects and I've had quite a few with popping issues on the switch (I cant remember if my box of hall popped or not). Wondering if I should just go ahead and try to wire this up with opto or relay bypass instead of wasting a 3pdt. the rub a dubs definitely pop pretty bad, same with the pt2399 and belton combo circutis ive built.

    1. I've got a few brick builds that don't pop.. but this one does I may end up putting a different circuit in its box now.

  15. Does anyone have a schematic for this? Or let me know where I can find one?

  16. I made this pedal. I used a 20k potentiometer on the Verb and a 200k potentiometer on the Feedback. If you set Verd and Feedback to the minimum position, the pedal sounds a little quieter in bypass than with the effect on. How to fix it?
