I'd start by trying more transistors and biasing them by ear using a trimpot or regular potentiometer. Later I discovered that when I make a bridge between "Tone3" and the tip of the output jack it works (cannot say whether 100% "Galileo" or not, but the Volume and Gain controls works). Very strange. I suspect maybe it´s something with the switch connections. Had everyone else experienced such anomaly? I also tested with a 2n2222 and q2-5 j201 and q6 2n5457. The 5457 made it effing loud like you wouldnt believe so i swapped for another j201. Lovely tone and volume levels, will experiment with some other jfets tomorrow.
