I cannot hear the the dry signal whilst the pedal is powered and the wet signal is heavily distorted. <br /><br />Looking at my IC voltages, the only areas which are majorly different from those referred to here as "pretty much perfect" are pins 7 & 8 of my PT2399 which are sitting at 4.57 & 4.56 Volts respectively as opposed to voltages around 0.5V. <br /><br />Does anybody have an idea what the cause of this could be?
